Our Purpose

1. To promote and encourage support of the band program.
2. To actively support all performances of the school band program.
3. To lend all possible support, both moral and financial, to the band program in the school.
4. To serve as a means of communication, keeping parents of the Muskie Band members informed as to the activities and projects of the Muskie Band.
5. To provide for the Muscatine Band members those things over and above that which is provided by the school board.
6. To make all plans and carry out fundraising for support of activities and projects.
7. To assume responsibility for publicity covering any activity or project sponsored by the organization.
8. To work with and assist the band music director.
